Jen, the Joyful Strategy Expert, empowers leaders and entrepreneurs to use joy as a powerful, results-driven strategy in a time when hustle culture is no longer sustainable. 

With over a decade in leadership and entrepreneurship, Jen’s experience ranges from leading top-ranking network marketing teams to running operations at an Executive Governor's Mansion. 

She started her speaking career when she was in 3rd grade when she took the stage as an aspiring actor. Nothing could stop her from getting on stage and inspiring the audience. 

Over time, she developed the science-backed Joyful Strategy Method.
